5ta Avenue It starts from the same street as the pier to Cozumel and crosses all of Playa Del Carmen. Most of the tourist attractions are from 3 south street, to approximately 40 north street. This may sound like a lot to see, and it is, but it's about 22 blocks of non-stop shopping and restaurants. So a walk through the fifth is very short.

We kindly ask you to confirm the date and time of your arrival. We will be waiting for you so if for some reason it is delayed please let us know. If you are coming by plane please send us your flight details so we can monitor your arrival.
PAYMENT
Please note that a 100% payment is required before handing over the keys. We accept cash, PayPal, Master Card, Visa Card and bank deposit. Without payment we can not give you the keys. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need help with this.

ELECTRICITY
Regarding the use of electricity, guests have free access to the use of 10 KWh for each day of their stay. This amount is a reasonable amount for the use of a department with our equipment. Any KWh greater than this amount has a cost of $ 3 pesos per KWh. If the appliances are used properly, no extra charge should be generated. Save energy, save money and take care of our planet! Stays greater than 30 days electricity is not included
SECURITY DEPOSIT
In your chek-in we require a security deposit of 100 dollars or its equivalent in national currency. This deposit will cover any damage or missing property. If the damage is greater than 100 US, the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card.
CLEANING AND LAUNDRY
Our apartments are yours for the time you rent it. We will deliver it completely clean, but after that you are responsible for the cleaning. You will find the cleaning products you may need in the apartment.
There are several laundry services in less than half a block. You can clean your clothes if necessary. Ask us for directions.
