All reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing your request. Availability can not be guaranteed until full payment has been received. Lilas del Mar suggests you read carefully the clause corresponding to the CANCELLATION POLICIES. Any change of reservation is subject to availability and new rate quotation. For more information, you must contact our assigned department, mentioning your reservation number. Any reservation confirmed in firm by Lilas del Mar Luxury Condos provides a reservation control number that you must carry with you at all times.
Any request for cancellation must be informed by you in writing via e-mail to email@example.com, mentioning your reservation number.
Then Lilas del Mar describes its general cancellation policies applicable for most cases:
The guest can cancel the free reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date.
The guest will have to pay 50% of the total price in case of cancellation during the 14 days prior to the arrival date. If the guest does not show up on the day of the reservation or due to early departure, the total price will be charged.

In the cases in which the refund proceeds in terms of these cancellation policies, the amount to be reimbursed will be reflected in your account statement within the next 5-10 business days depending on the Banking Process, mainly the terms of your Issuing bank.
